Do you provide the alcohol? what about mixers, etc.?

By default, Montana Law prohibits services of this nature to provide/sell alcohol. However, we are happy to help you with a shopping list! We can provide mixers, garnishes, etc. it all depends on the service you require.

will you help with the alcohol purchasing?

Unfortunately, we can’t physically help you go to the store and pick out specific bottles. What we can do, is help you create a comprehensive shopping list for your event. We calculate the appropriate amount of hard liquor, beer, and wine.

How many bartenders do I need?

For a beer and wine bar, we’d recommend 1 bartender per 60-80 people as pouring these drinks will be fast. This may result in a small line at the beginning of the cocktail hour but will be effortless from there on out.

If you’re looking for a limited/full bar we recommend staffing 1 bartender per 50 people. Depending on your needs and the difficulty of the cocktails we can make sure drinks are flowing!

do you have appropriate licensing/insurance?

Yes we do! Montana law states we can’t charge for alcohol but we can serve provided alcohol with the proper training, i.e. ServSafe. We are fully insured with liquor/general liability insurance. If you or your venue require a certificate of insurance please let us know and we’ll be happy to provide one (for confirmed bookings).
